TOS/Rules

Heyo, just some small TOS for my account. I don't like a lotta rules since it's hard for me to keep up w/ so these are straight forward and simple

These terms apply if you have adopted/bought one or more of my designs (across all platforms):

1.  Do not claim the adopt as yours before purchase and do not claim design as yours
   1. Keep me as the designer since I created the OG design
   2. Feel free to redesign or tweak but still keep me as the creator 
2. Do not resell the adopt for more than you bought it for
   1. Unless more art is added
3. Do not sell the adopt to someone off the platform
   1. I am on DeviantArt, Pinterest and ArtFight but nothing else at the moment
   2. Please keep the adopt on one of these platforms
4. Do not delete the adopt with your account or private it
   1. If you are leaving the platform, please return the design or simply shoot me a DM
   2. Please do not private the design unless I have given you specific permission (just ask)
5. All art payments completed must be your art
   1. I do not support AI art or tracing/copying of any other artists artwork
   2. If you owe me payments, they must be drawn by you and in your art style only
      1. Failure to do so will result in you not getting the adopt or me taking it back
6. Have fun with the design!!! and don't be weird with it...
