A robot designed to be an assistant, or helper for his creator's research
He bears a compartment in his abdomen which, in a cartoonish fashion, produces whatever he needs to complete his task, be it a third arm, or a gun. In addition, he bears quite the ego and inferiority complex, getting jealous of other helper robots he sees as competition.
Visco tends to act out by bullying and threatening others, while feigning ignorance when confronted by superiors (of whom he wishes nothing more than to impress and gain the approval of)
In front of his superiors, he puts on his best act to seem as reliable and intelligent as he can, occasionally acting overbearing in his assistance.
