Kiogri was originally designed to serve as a security guard at a mall. The colorful details at the ends of the wires protruding from her head are charged with electricity, intended for self-defense or to confront threats, such as theft.

Due to a city-wide tsunami, her creators hastily evacuated, inadvertently leaving Kiogri behind. Consequently, the chip storing her information became corrupted, resulting in a complete memory wipe. This event caused some irregularities in her body and altered her manner of speaking, leading her to refer to herself in the third person.
