Thrasherkit was hatched from a small rock alongside his littermate, Skunkkit. The two were raised by their father, Tuftfur, who, when not taking care of his kits, would spend his time doing his warrior duties. Thrasherkit had a normal kithood, spending most of his time play fighting with his denmates and trying to sneak out of camp. When he reached 6 moons old, Thrasherkit became Thrasherpaw, and was apprenticed to a day shift warrior named Petalfire. He was a rather quiet apprentice, and preferred to stick to himself, unless his littermate was around. He was almost a completely different cat when Skunkpaw was around. (Sibling rivalry, amirite?) Thrasherpaw graduated at 12 moons old and was given the suffix ‘wing.’ When he was 23 moons old, his father, Tuftfur, suddenly went missing. Despite all of the clan’s searches, he had been nowhere to be found. Thrasherwing quickly grew bitter. He hated that his father would never be found; it was a cold case. He knew that he was one of the only cats who would continue to care. In an attempt to soothe his anger, he was given an apprentice, Gentlepaw. Despite all of his anger, he knew that he couldn’t neglect this apprentice. Thrasherwing eventually began to come over his grief. Despite this, his anger never left. There was always some underlying bitterness about everything. Whenever he got angry, he would go on walks to stop himself from doing something that he’d regret. This eventually turned into going on hunts, which he realised was oddly therapeutic. Eventually, he was given another apprentice, Minnowpaw. To be… continued? Who knows where the future will go?
