Summary

No one is really sure where Avalon came from. There is no record of his parents, even from his own memory, and he doesn't know where he was born. All he really remembers is wandering across Falena. That's how the majority of what little life he has lived so far is remembered. He doesn't recall meeting anyone in these journies, nor does he remember stopping in any actual villages. He just remembers the long walks and the scenery.

And then the face of his savior. Riggs. Riggs was quite big, but for such a small mothkitten, it didn't scare Avalon. Rather, he was fascinated by the many emotions that this mothcat had. He was in a clear panic at the lonely mothkitten, looking around frantically for any family. When Avalon told him he didn't have any, Riggs was appalled. That's when the large mothcat decided to take Avalon under his wing. Avalon, having nothing better to do in his life, merely agreed, following Riggs for what felt like the shortest walk he's ever walked before.

Riggs's home turned out to not be his own home. In fact, it held six other mothcats and a bumblebun. Avalon, not knowing the average size of a family, thought that maybe this was normal. Riggs introduced Avalon to the family, and in return, the family introduced themselves. The parents were named Cyrus and March. Their biological children were Sakura, Lysander, and Demetrius. And their other adopted son other than Riggs was Raidyn, who carried an air of nervousness about him. And finally, the bumblebun was called Thyme, and he was Riggs's companion. Avalon only listened, but he didn't retain much of this information. They didn't matter to him; the only one that mattered was Riggs.

Avalon stayed with the family, and he's still there to this day. But there were many days where he would disappear, wandering into the woods or just out for a walk without anyone else knowing, and it freaked them out. On one of these walks, he came across two other mothkittens playfighting. Or, it was more like one was playfighting and the other was protesting to the so-called game. Intrigued, Avalon approached them. The one that was so into the game was suddenly shaking at Avalon's appearance, and while the other was clearly unsettled by it, he was more curious than anything. They introduced themselves as Ivory and Salem.

Avalon hung out with Ivory and Salem for the rest of that day before returning home. He liked them. He figured they could fit well into his life. and so he continued to visit them after that, barging in on Ivory's shenanigans or Salem's crying. It got to the point that Avalon was considered a part of their group. Avalon never felt like he belonged anywhere, but now he's beginning to reconsider that.

Nowadays, Riggs has to accompany Avalon on his walks and disappearances. Cyrus and March were too concerned about the mothkitten disappearing, and Avalon didn't want anyone else other than Riggs to follow him. He continues to go visit Ivory and Salem often, though he still enjoys his alone time, too. While Avalon's story is currently short, he feels like it will get a lot longer when he grows up.
