Notes

  • He used to play tennis in high school and still does occasionally, though he doesn't have a whole lot of passion for the sport (just plays for fun/exercise)
  • He used to like French fries, but after working in fast food for so long he can't stand them anymore, and hates coming home smelling like them
  • He went to the same school as Yoshi and they've actually seen each other in passing, though they've never spoken before
  • His English is fairly good and he understands it well, but because he doesn't have the opportunity to speak it often it's a bit rusty

Daisuke Fujita

Appearance

Hair: Black, short, and very spiky. Usually covered by a ballcap, turned backwards.

Eyes: Black, narrow and "shifty" looking, never seem to reflect any light

Build: Thin, but athletic, not scrawny.

Scars/Body Modifications/Other distinguishing features: One diamond stud earring in each ear, has kind of a big forehead, and also a resting bitch face.

Clothing: late 80's/early 90's fashion (hip-hop style in particular): plenty of bright, neon colors and gaudy patterns! Often wears full tracksuits. Also likes baggy pants, parachute pants, or occasionally jeans, with t-shirts or tank tops, (and a jacket worn over it in cold weather.) At work ofc he wears his McDonalds uniform.

Personality

Disposition: His personality comes off as rather flat and cold and he is not given to extreme shows 11698391_4OFdh5PkPEU2wj7.pngof emotion (or even mild emotion, really XD.) Appearing as though he is always calm and detached and that nothing and no one can faze him is quite important to him for some reason, but if you're observant and get to know him better you can see by his little facial twitches and slight changes in tone of voice that he does indeed have emotions after all, and is just...doing a really good job of suppressing them. Really, other people actually annoy him an awful lot and he's usually thinking something along the lines of "I'm surrounded by idiots." Still, he's able to show politeness where it's necessary or expected of him, and though he doesn't really give many smiles to customers at work he is always patient with them and careful to take down their orders properly.

Mannerisms: Is always either straight-faced, frowning, or looking bored/mildly annoyed. He is quite short and is well aware of it, but doesn't let it get to him, and won't back down or appear intimidated even with others towering over him. He doesn't speak much and gives people the impression that he believes the few words he does say are "important." He's also the type of character to be hiding off in the shadows, unbeknownst to everyone else, who will only make his appearance at the "right" moment.

Voice: Though his voice is gentle and rather pleasant to listen to it's also creepy in that he literally never shows any emotion in it. Never yells, never shows any joy, anger, sadness, etc...he can express these emotions in words, but his voice will simply remain completely robotic no matter what he is saying or what's happening, or what he's truly feeling inside.

Background

Daisuke's family is fairly well-off and lived quite comfortably, giving him everything he could want or need (or so they thought) so his parents could only wonder what made their son turn out to be such a delinquent. At only 12 years old he stole their car and crashed it, and it was all downhill from then on. It was assumed that he fell in with a wrong crowd who influenced him to be a "bad kid", but truthfully he didn't need anyone guiding him down the wrong path, he willingly went down it himself. Soon as he became an adult he moved into an apartment with a couple friends who all happen to work in the same mall (and who all steal odds and ends from it at any opportunity.) Once he earned enough money to buy his own car he immediately began finding and participating in street races (all illegal, of course)...partly for the rush and the thrill of it all, and partly to make a little money on the side, placing wagers on the races. Though no one thought much of him at first he quickly began making a name for himself and he always attracts quite a crowd coming to watch him race.

"Shut up and drive, old man." He's a decent driver, sure, but he's too damn cocky, and guys like him always underestimate Daisuke and then end up crashing and burning (sometimes mentally, sometimes quite literally...)
