Elliot is a sweet kid who keeps to himself and his clouds. He's not the friendliest, as he's not much of a fan of other cuties. In that regard he's actually really shy, but expresses it with a bit of sass. But honestly, he believes clouds are better than people. He's always drifting off to sleep on his clouds or spending the days watching the rain pour, or snow, or whatever is falling at the time. He's easily mesmerized. He's a great member of the Sky Realm and works hard to help out

Elliot floated up into the sky out of no where on a rain cloud, right into the realm of the sky king himself. Raiden had no clue who this kid was, nor what to do with him, but accepted the cutie who was clearly loved by the clouds with a simple shrug. Elliot is among the younger generation withing the Sky Realm, but he sorta sicks to himself unless Raiden calls for him. He's been known to be distant and doesn't have many friends, but everyone knows him since he's friendly but would not be afraid to ignore every advance when his clouds are involved. He simply spends his days drifting on his clouds.
