Eyes do not change color and she is unable to access the abilities of the male form. Basically another illusory layer laid over the male form, has distinctly different personality and mannerism. Gets uncomfortable when staying in female form for too long, duration depends on how much "dark energy" he has stored up, needs to go back to male form to feed.
