About
Dimitri Windsor is the lone heir to his family's financial conglomerate. Having an affluent upbringing, he isn't familiar with the lifestyles of people in classes beneath his own. Due to this, he comes off as a sheltered, snobby rich kid with a naive sense of the world. Although he isn't well-versed in street smarts (or really any kind of smarts not applied to his high class business lifestyle), he is highly knowledgable in handling money and analyzing people.
Dimitri puts up a placid exterior as a result of his upbringing. He's been taught to not let his emotions interfere with his work, and this attitude has spilled over into every aspect of his life. Generally, he'd like to keep himself productive without meddling from other people. Still, as much as he tries to put and keep up this front, he has his weak points. If you know how to push his buttons, it's very easy to ruffle his feathers. He either gets very angry or very embarrassed when he's flustered. He detests being called by his childhood nickname "Dima," as he feels it reduces him to a kid.
He handles his involvement with the villains similarly to all his other work, even when the intentions of the group are dubious at best. Mainly, Dimitri handles funding (bolstered by his trust fund) for the group and is largely responsible for providing weapons, equipment, and uniforms. He fights close-range with two weaponized peacock fans, a skill he taught himself specifically for his villain work.

He hardly sees his parents. They aren't on good terms, either, as he is aware their absence has been a detriment to him.

Relationships
Cousin
Dimitri and Avis may be cousins, but they have ended up on opposite sides of the grand scheme of things. Dimitri thinks less of Avis due to her siding with the opposition, but still regards her as family (albeit not warmly). He used to be closer to her.
Co-Worker (Superior)
Although Dimitri is Wesley's subordinate, he feels indifferent to Wesley's position as leader. Since he and Wesley share similarities in their social classes and goals, Dimitri tries not to disrespect him.
Best Friend (One-Sided)/Co-Worker
Dimitri regards Presley as his only real friend, but she doesn't reciprocate the sentiment. Despite his efforts to make it clear to her that he considers her a good friend, she remains oblivious as ever. This is mostly because Dimitri comes off as more of a cold higher-up than a friend.
