Human goldfish aquarium

A creative man!
Or should I say, fish?
The Goldfish is the one controlling this body!
He once was human himself but somehow ended up as a Goldfish.
He lives in a bubble attached to the body and also has a beak attached to the bubble.
The bubble itself is strong but weaker inside the beak.
Food and etc. is able to go through the bubble in the beak!

He also got a thin tail.
What it is is unknown for now!
