Tiberius Ivan Morozov was born to June and Julius Morozov on a mild summer day in June. He was unplanned, and custody of him was surrendered shortly after. He was adopted by his Grandparents, Augustus and Daisy Morozov, who made sure that his childhood was a happy one. The relationship with his birth parents is nonexistent, though in the past they have tried to come around, typically when they needed or wanted something. Shortly after graduating from high school, he chose to marry Kleo so that she could escape from her abusive living situation, but their relationship was loveless and very short lived. After graduating college, they moved from Washington to Michigan to start a new life and begin their residency at a hospital there, had Octavius, and then divorced. The entire experience was a very traumatic one for Tiberius, but he made it through with the help of Yasashii and John. Once everything had settled, Yasashii and Tiberius started to date, and then later got married. Today, they have a happy and thriving family together, plus Kleo living in their basement.
Tiberius has always been fascinated by solving tough problems in medicine. This small fact, mixed with his desire to help others, inspired him to pursue a career working in pathology.
Personality
He's a little intimidating when you first meet him, but you'll quickly find that Tiberius really isn't so scary. In fact, he's quite a sweetheart. Tiberius can be best described as friendly, warm, patient, slow to anger, and able to see the good in everyone. He's also a little bit of a pushover, but can become extremely fierce if anyone even thinks of hurting his family. Tiberius tries his best to make everyone happy, sometimes to the point it starts hurting him. He only wants everyone to be happy, comfortable, and safe, but doesn't understand (or refuses to accept) that sometimes you just can't please everyone. He would rather try to resolve his problems peacefully over a cup of hot cocoa than to fight.
Tiberius is a kaijaax of the Cheimo Rus variety. He's tall, chubby, and fluffy. He's really perfectly built for cold, harsh winter climates.
His casual outfit consists of a black and white polo shirt that has a heart sewn to the chest, black slacks, and his signature black scarf.
His work outfit consists of a black turtleneck, black slacks, a white lab coat, and his signature black scarf.
He typically wears his glasses as needed.
His scarf is always on him, no matter the weather or the occasion. He usually doesn't feel comfortable without it.
Tiberius is extremely patient and kind. Do you have something you need to get off your chest? Tiberius always has the time to sit down and listen to you. Is there something you need? Tiberius will gladly drop what he's doing to help you.
Crafty
He likes to knit. Sometimes he sells the things he makes as a side hustle, but usually he's making gifts for his family and friends.
Papa bear
Don't let his soft appearance fool you, Tiberius is very capable of throwing down if the situation calls for it. He avoids violence at all costs, but will not hesitate to defend his loved ones if they're being threatened.
Winter weather
Tiberius is completely unbothered by the cold. In fact, he loves cold weather! He doesn't really do so well in the warmer months though.
Relationships
John
John is a very close friend and coworker of Tiberius's, he was there to help Tiberius through his divorce with Kleo, and even today he still helps mediate arguments between them. They also help each other out by offering to babysit for the other. As a result, their families have become very closely knit.
Kleo and Tiberius have known each other since childhood, he's always been on the receiving end of her wrath even in early childhood. Later on, he married her and genuinely did try to make the relationship work, but the love just wasn't there. He still cares for her as a friend and still wants to do what he can to help her, so he lets her stay in his home as a tenant.
Yasashii is Tiberius's husband . Before they started dating, they were inseparable childhood friends that would do everything together. Even after Tiberius married Kleo and moved away from home, Yasashii followed him and supported him through some of the darkest moments of his life. Today, they're happily married, madly in love, and just as inseparable as they were when they were kids.
They weren't around as much when they were kids, but have since become friends as adults.
Octavius is Tiberius's oldest child. He's very protective of him, but still makes sure he has enough freedom to learn and grow. It's not uncommon for them to have conversations with each other in Russian.
Trivia
- Tiberius keeps a small flock of quail. He's given each one a name and spoils them rotten.
- His scarf was a gift from his Grandmother. It's his most prized possession and he wears it everywhere he goes.
- He speaks English and Russian. English is his first language and native tongue, but he does speak with a soft Russian accent, which was picked up from his Grandparents.
- He's completely colorblind, as in he cannot see color. The world through his eyes appears in shades of gray.
