Created by my friend rockwell-light. He's an integral part of a story I've mostly taken over, and I know enough about Richard that I feel I can accurately depict him!
Rockwell-Light Global Rules
You must ALWAYS credit me as the designer at least once after purchase.
You MAY NOT claim the design was made by you if you are reposting the original art.
You may add accessories, choose name, gender, personality, make anthro/feral/alternate forms of any character you adopt from me.
You may use the character for projects such as comics, games, or as a sona! You own them! The only exception to this rule is I do not allow my designs to be used for NFTs.
You may only resell the character for the same price you bought them (unless additional art exists!).
