Summary

Wakana is an upbeat, energetic gal living in a quiet neighborhood next to the city. She loves her robotic girlfriend, Nova, and her powerful father, Rektun, dearly, but she always seems to attract trouble to her and those she cares about.

General / Personality

• Energetic and upbeat. She's usually seen smiling and confident.
• Loves and craves fun
• She's in a strong relationship with Nova. What matters the most to them is each other, of course!
• Very emotional
• Perhaps overly protective and caring for her friends and Nova. She will often put them before herself, even if she gets hurt.
• Has a very persistent habit of interrupting others as they're talking
• Truth comes before anything for her. If she knows one of her friends did something nasty to her or another friend, she is not afraid to sever that friendship at any cost.
• If she screws up (which she thinks she does a lot), she'll try her best to make things right.
• If she gets angry, she has a tendency to hit things to calm down. It's fairly destructive... and she knows it, but is struggling to find an alternative.
• This aggressiveness is partly channeled into how she loves others. She's very touchy-feely, but knows to back off if someone doesn't like being touched.
• Kinda a jerk at times, but only for laughs. She's not THAT mean-spirited and would never actually physically hurt someone on purpose or for a joke.
• Loves to draw in her free time
• Enjoys listening to music from video games
• Very prone to asking if someone is okay, even if they're very, very clearly not
• Talks a LOT sometimes, usually about things she enjoys

Powers / Combat

• Wakana holds a Copycat Mutation that activates when she develops a strong bond with someone, like Nova or Rektun. She has two special abilities as a result: Nova's Light and a powerful Fighter moveset.
  • Her Fighter Ability is what persuaded her to take up combat sports. She specializes in projectiles due to Nova's Light.
• Nova's Light is an energy which has properties similar to light energy, but is actually a love-based energy based loosely on Pure Matter. It's incredibly malleable and can even have its own properties changed, giving Wakana extremely strong versatility in combat.
• She does have a weapon she occasionally uses, being a pretty normal metal bat with two stickers on it, one of a heart and one of a star, right next to each other. It's pretty good if she needs to get up close when her hands hurt.
  
• In combat, Wakana plays very evasively and carefully. Coupled with her high stamina, she's tough to take down as she withholds attacks for when she knows she can land them. Wakana is also amazing at spotting weaknesses in combat, and notices that a lot of people tend to use up their energy really quickly trying to get her. As a result, she evades first and then goes ham once they're more exhausted from chasing her down everywhere. She will also actively find ways to use her foes' powers and/or weaponry against them. She hasn't found many cases that work yet, but the ones that do work are very useful for her.
  • Her most glaring weakness in combat is her own fighting style, actually, as she expends more energy than needed running away. This is most prominent with Blitzet as she is VERY good at chasing her across the arena, and Wakana constantly needs to be on her feet to avoid getting slammed into a combo.
• If she needs to make a getaway, Wakana will take to the environment around her to help her evade her foe. She's very good at maneuvering in tight, cramped spaces like a dense forest, and she will often attack upwards to knock down large branches to prevent her foe from keeping up. Of course, this doesn't apply in the ring, since it's prohibited to take fights outside of the arena when they're happening, and the arenas are pretty plain anyway.
