His personality is like that of a guy trying way too hard to convince you that he's cool and impressive, there's nothing malicious about his attempts.. He genuinely would love if people thought he was cool. Unfortunately for him many of the people he considers friends don't feel the same way. 

He has the interesting but practically pointless ability to change certain parts of himself to be a certain color. Taskor's wings open up similarly to that of a moth.
