Bio: Raiden is part of a character series I made with my friends. He's one of the few left of his kind which are a type of hyper celestial being. Basically they can temporarily control time. sending the time in any given point of the universe back or forward though forward if very limited. If they are turning time back, it has to be for a specific purpose and if some sort of crazy event were to occur in present time, erasing it can cause sickness and even death in some extreme cases. For example if someone asked him to turn back to 9/11 and that person erased that event, since so much happened because of 9/11 it would likely kill him, he would basically implode.
