Ollie is a relativly nice octoling, he may have a heavy weapon but he's a very soft spoken person. They're actually kind of a push over, and sometimes it's a little disheartening when they lose a lot of turf battles, but they still goes back to them, just because it's all the more fun to grow there skills.

He's one of the octolings that's been freed from underground, but he's not the one who liberated everyone. They only became enlightened after they surfaced, so for a while they were still under DJ Octavio's rule. He decided to infiltrate Inkopolis square, just to try and please DJ Octavio, but once he listened the sweet music playing in the square, his eyes finally opened. They still have a few daddy issues, but they still want to play turf wars with the other kids.
