Reason why he resembles Oransis is because technically Oransis is his uncle. Although with his mother, Anvaksta, marrying/mating Oransis that makes him his father, step father. His real father is Kion, Oransis's brother and Anvaksta's Ex-Owner from her sex slave days.
Arlo is not only Dire wolf like his father but also half Spirit Wolf because of his mother. He is the most pure wolf below his mother making him incredibly rare and special.
