Ameni is a royal sphinx, who served and protected the pharaohs in the ancient times. Despite pharaohs no longer ruling in modern times, he is still respected and considered a sort of prince, though not many humans even know of his actual existence.

♔ APPEARANCE ♔

Body is male lion shaped, strong and muscled. Mainly black /dark brown and light tan body with three gold stripe accent markings on the shoulders. Legs are pawed, with four toes and dew claws on the front. Thick, curly/wavy dark brown/black mane. Tail is also that of a Lion, but splits into five, with the same curly/wavy dark brown hair at the ends. Eyes are a light green. Face is human-like with thick eyebrows, cat-like ears and large spiked, curling horns that are gold and brown with the same light green of his eyes as accents. Wings are large and feathered, with the same brown/gray, light tan coloration with black accents. Wings also have a single clawed digit.
