Elegy

As one of the last pure All Seer alive, she uses her powers to support Astatine and his cause. Her power allows her to send fragments of her soul out as ghosts similar to the ones Perona (from One Piece) uses to listen in to record and gather information, basically going out into the city and acting like little security cameras. She could hypothetically see using them but they take a toll on her as it's her life force outside her body. They can touch and carry things as well but there's a limit. 

After the fall of Fountia (pronounced phon-tia), the Land of Knowledge, 50 years ago, Elegy was amongst the handful who were able to escape. She was able to bond with Astatine who was freshly banished from Elysoria, the Astral Realm where demons resided, quickly due to their circumstances. Both supported each other in whatever ways they could. However after a couple of years doing honest work, Elegy became subjected to more and more discrimination due to her second pair of eyes and the media's portrayal of Fontians (pronounced phon-tians). 

Astatine, knowing this, would go out into the sector to do honest work while Elegy snuck out to steal and pickpocket whatever she could using her powers. One day she was caught, resulting in her loss of sight as the people she was trying to con saw that she was an All Seer. Astatine wasn't made aware until he heard strangers laughing at what had happened to which he found Elegy half conscious in an alleyway.

In the years following the incident, Astatine secured a somewhat safe living space for the time being and helped nurse Elegy back to health with what little magic he was permitted . As she spent time healing and getting used her new life, she would strengthen her powers by practicing in the building they were living in. Things started working out and Astatine was able to buy an actual place for the two to run their operation. 

After Astatine earned the title The Magnate for himself, he was able to commission a mask for Elegy to wear as a gift to her after everything she has done. Elegy now works under Astatine's protection as the mastermind behind it all.
