A bubbly, slightly tempermental cloun with half a brain... and only half a brain.
Caetus hasnt really been the same since a real severe fight left her eyes and brain fried by a psionic. Her visor provides her with a full range of vision, but she's forced to deal with the longterm effects of brain damage.
Her hobbies include baking, getting absolutely acrobatical, menacing lowbloods, and stabbing. Of course, she also partakes in many traditional aspects of clowning. Though shes normally quite bubbly and less than a threat to the average troll, psionics really make her see red. One day, after conscription, she hopes to work with psionics for a living... which is kind of fucked up.
