Pallid eyes with white irises and white pupils to match
White mop hair which always looks slightly frazzled
Very long-limbed despite a smaller stature, willowy
Very well-tailored finery made of silk, including a collared shirt and waistcoat, suit jacket with pinstripe trousers and an immensely intricate hooded robe with shifting patterns and probing eyes.
University Professor: Obvious at a glance from the robes he insists on wearing, Levi is a higher education professor with a doctorate in Mathematics from the university in Candlekeep.
Changeling: In his true form, Levi's body is completely devoid of colour and every element is a stark white colour, almost looking like a marble statue.
Floating Equations: Part of his inherited clockwork magic, there are constant mathematical equations floating around him as he calculates things quick-time.
Segmented Spectacles: Requiring glasses to see, Levi's choice of glasses is slightly unusual - green-tinted round brass spectacles with the intergers of a clockface etched around the edges, which develop moving hands when he casts his magic.
- Levi is a Changeling but hides his true form from everyone but his family. Notably, he only has the one disguise called a 'persona', which is a Human brunet version of himself. He'd never willingly showcase his true self to others because it would ruin his family to be found out.
- His robes are intricately patterned but upon closer inspection, the patterning on the body is made up of a large number of tally marks. What is this robe keeping score of? He won't tell anyone the true answer to that question.
- Ever world-weary due to his position as both a professor and as an Orderkeeper, Levi always looks a little ruffled - his hair especially doesn't like to behave, and he often looks tired with dark circles under his eyes from lack of sleep.
- Levi is almost constantly carrying around a myriad of books, either in his hands or carried in bags or strapped to his belt. They're usually hefty tomes full of very academically challenging studies, often to do with mathematics but not always.
Personality | “People are as predictable as the march of time.”
Heavily burdened by the responsibility his bloodline has passed to him, Levi is... Overly weary about everything. He's a very pleasant and polite person for the most part, and is rather well-liked by his students and peers, he just also has very little tolerance for nonsence and chaos. He'll swiftly become snippy and curt towards people who upset the orderliness of things, and will absolutely use his teacher voice for it too. His stern demeanour conceals his apprehension about being discovered to be a Changeling, since most folks find them to be threatening and untrustworthy, and would hate to bring shame to his family and his name. Best to just keep to himself.
Orderly
Being an orderkeeper and inheriting the magic of Mechanus, Levi's mind was fashioned into the perfect calculator, logical and efficient. This means he can calculate very complex mathematics in a near-instant, which shows up around his head as he does it in floating magical symbols and equations. He's very organised and keeps his spaces tidy but does mean he has trouble interacting with very chaotic individuals. Keeping a tight ship means his course at university usually creates very successful graduates. He also has pretty severe OCD and he tenses visibly when something goes out of order or control.
Petty
One very particular trait of his stems from his inherent distrust of people - pettiness in response to negative interactions. This doesn't manifest often, but he's been in a very intense peer-to-peer rivalry with a fellow professor who keeps publishing critiques of his written papers - holding a bitter and loathing resentment towards a fellow professor is already slightly callous, but what makes it worse is that the other professor isn't even in the same field as him, he just takes it too seriously and works himself up over it.
Noble
His family is a noble family of the region, highly decorated and respected. Levi isn't sheltered or ignorant of his own priviledge, he's much more down to earth than other nobles can be, but it does mean he is used to a certain level of comfort and struggles outside of that comfort zone. He dresses in very expensive clothes, lives in a large household with the rest of his family and with household staff. He doesn't mind looking after himself and can be perfectly independent, but wouldn't have the foggiest on how to survive in the wilderness. A soft bed would be nice!
Fey
Being a Changeling, his race hail from the Feywild and as such he is a Fey creature despite him nor his living family ever having been there. This does affect him a fair bit in its weird eccentricities however. Having a weakness to iron is rough when you live in an entire settlement made of stone and ironworks, and the compulsion to not lie would make keeping his secret hard if anyone started getting suspicious. It's all these weird little quirks that make him markedly different from his Mundane peers.

- The mathematics floating around Levi's head is constant and ever changing, but it's also indicative of what he's thinking. It's totally possible for someone to be able to tell how he's thinking and feeling just by looking at it, but the person would have to be extremely good at quickfire solving all the fiddly mathematics since his brain does it so fast - so it would probably look like gibberish to most.
- Levi's strangely overdramatic rivalry with his fellow professor, Stoneseer, hasn't gone unnoticed by the student body, and it's started many scandalous rumours about why two professors who are in unrelated fields might hate each other so bitterly to bitch about it publically in their publishings. There's definitely plenty of students who are rooting for them to resolve their tensions in a more romantic way, not that either of them know about these rumours.
- Levi's clockwork magic, stemming from Mechanus, has given him certain features when he casts. Not only does the mathematics around him begin to project trajectories and burn brighter in the air, clock hands form in the glass of his glasses, and distinct ticking rings in the ears of those around to hear it.
- Levi has mastered the art of using a guise and maintains his alter ego impeccably, but he isn't infallible and has a mask quirk, as some Changelings do - his body finds it hard to keep its guise when extremely sleep-deprived and exhausted, deglamouring and revealing small patches of white across his skin and hair which shift slightly where the guise struggles to maintain itself. Unfortunately for Levi he is very often sleep deprived so he needs to be very careful about keeping alert and awake around others.
- Levi has a great love of tea and the art of teamaking, and indulges in his rituals around it often, even going as far as to bring tea-making equipment into his lecture hall. His scarf, inherited from his father in a plain green, he had embroidered with a pattern of tea leaves.
Malok Stoneseer
Relationship: Rival Professor
The day this one professor, as yet unknown to him, left critiques of his delicately crafted theses - well that was simply the first and last straw for him, and he came to really resent his main critic. Levi has as of yet never even met this 'Professor Stoneseer' that jabs at him from behind paper and ink, but he's managed to glean enough to know he's an arts professor. Arts! The lunacy of daring to critique maths when you're merely playing with paints! He's been slandering the poor Goliath's work since, and vows to outdo him just to show he can... If he'll ever meet him properly. They work in two completely separate buildings so have never had the chance to berate each other in person. Levi might change his tune once he learns that this kooky arts professor is an eight foot tall behemoth, though. It would be wise to not provoke that... And yet...
