Conflict that escaped the burning jungle with a group of others. He serves as a scout as they try to find a new home, which will be Boomerang Village's terratory. He happens to have gills. Very good swimmer and fisher (hense the name). Shows up in the village one day to test the people's reactions when he is found by the lady who will later teach classes for Conflicts in specific. So, she goes about the process of teaching him how to read, write, and basically act like a normal being. She finds out that he's digging through trash to find food, so she weasles him into a janitor job at a store, where the best he can so at first is sweep. Because he's easily distracted, they keep a squirt bottle there to shoot him with when he misbehaves. He likes spiders (maybe has one in a jar?). Doesn't talk too much and leans highly on the feral side. 'X' shaped scar over each eye
