Hunt the prideful, curtail the pious. The higher they are, the harder they fall.
Apparitions range from casual hallucinations like shadows in the corners of eyes or faint talking... To full blown appearances of the man himself. A knightly visage, dressed in shades of grey and blue. Armed with a sword. Yes he does attack them. Where Unknown can't interact with the physical world... Ego can. The detriments of Ego come not so much at the passive siphoning of sanity, though there is a part of that. It comes from the fact that eventually Ego Will attack you. The fights are tough too, as Ego matches the skill level of those he fights.
