Isagani is a Filipino Pokemon who is a very happy and optimistic Breloom, despite problems he faced from time-to-time. He always think that God is always with him and never gives up no matter what happened. He loves all Filipino-related items and delicacies, and doesn't want to be invaded by other dominant nations. Be careful because he will fight back no matter what, whether close to winning or losing.
