Her power: Manipulation of a unique poisonous chemical/substance that she can manufacture within her body and secrete through her pores - she is a silent killer and can use this chemical to take on other forms: ie. gas, liquid, solid; can become different kinds of weapons to assassinate

PERSONALITY
She is an absolute workaholic. Lives and breathes her work. She is extremely goal-oriented and can be very particular about how things are done. She is a boss-woman, very independent and enjoys being the one others have to go through. She is a born leader, and will consider the ideas and thoughts of others though many times she will choose her own way anyway. She favors a healthy independence in her subordinates and will accept some give in the plan/rules/her orders if it gets the job done. She is romantically sound, but honestly, gets bored with love and would rather play the crowd. She enjoys testing males and "playing" with them, but she refuses to commit to any one person. She likes a good date night, but it often won't go beyond that because she doesn't think she can afford to have a man get in the way of her work. She chooses not to lend her heart, but she has the ability to do so. Maybe one day she will settle down once the excitement of her career has finished.
Before the missions and extreme confidence, Phasis got sucked into a relationship that was emotionally abusive and controlling. After becoming reduced to a weak push-over, one day she just gives up being weak, leaves the relationship and moves on to become a better her. It was the one time her other half physically abuses her that seals the deal. Something snapped in her and she decided she didn't like the person she had become. She probably wouldn't be as strong as she is without that experience.ATTITUDE
