Speaks in high-pitched, airy whispers, as well as whistles and trills. Intersperces her smatters of words with eeps, meeps, and bird-like twitters.

She can grow legs at will, although she prefers the use of her wisp-like tail. Although in wisp mode she can float and glide, she can't fly; her maximum height is only about a foot. Sometimes, she tries to walk on water with her legs; she can almost do it, but she usually falls in after about 20 feet. Her eyes are inverted for an unknown reason. Oh, and her blood is white; when she blushes, it is also white, and when she bleeds, it is white.

She only covers herself with that ragged black cloth tied around her neck. Actually, she has many that look about the same, but with different holes; they wear out, you know. She also delights in shiny earrings, and has begun self-piecring so that she can adorn herself with them. Occassionally wears a necklace of bleached fingers.

Functions on the cognitive level of a child. #1 Space Cadet. She seems to be entirely in her own little world, always poking around where any rational person would not, skittish and easily spooked but not rational enough to keep herself from danger. Acts more like a baby kitten or cowardly dog than a human.
