Waco has the appearance of a 15 year old. He constantly wears his hood to hide his decidedly not-human ears. In manakete form, he is a medium-sized dragon with a yellowish-green tint. His scales become more yellow depending on where the light hits him.

Clothing Preferences

He tends to wear oversized hoods as a way to hide his ears. When this is not available he will wear hats, but that hurts his ears after a while. A necessity is the dragonmail collar and heart guard he made himself, which he'll wear even while bathing. Shorts are comfortable and easy to wear.

Personality
Waco suffers from extreme anxiety, some of which stems from his childhood, but mostly comes from his years of escaping capture. This anxiety tends to take over his life and influences most of his behaviors. He is nearly incapable of trusting others, especially humans, so it’s hard to see what he is like with someone he is comfortable with. (Hint: still nasty and bad-mouthed). He’s bitter, pessimistic, and spiteful, but he is also an extremely passionate individual who holds a love of flying as well as his home, Plegia.

Backstory
Waco was born 18 years before the first exalt used the Divine Dragon’s powers to seal Grima, an event also known as the Schism. Thus Waco’s early years, the years where he was first learning and developing his views of the world, were seeped in fear and conflict. Unfortunately, his life didn’t get much better from there.

Waco often refers to himself as the only manakete stupid enough to live in Plegia—while quite a few lived there before, Plegia had since become a country renowned for being the center of magical studies, as well as a hub for the Grimleal (which influenced the country’s ever growing interest in dark magyks). Magicians, especially sorcerers and dark mages who specialized in curses and hexes, found extreme academic interest in manaketes, both for their magic powers as well as their talons, scales, and tears.

Thus, being dragonkin in Plegia was already a difficult life, but if toenail trackers and stalking scholars weren’t bad enough, the economic downturn after the war with Ylisse made conditions even worse. Suddenly, the already lucrative market for selling rare creatures into slavery flourished, and the black market found many a desperate villager willing to track down and capture people like Waco. While many years of hiding from (and escaping) trouble had taught Waco a number of skills that aid his incredible stealth as well as his paranoia, the recent recession might just force him to finally trust a human with his life… and make him think a bit more about his life span.

Ongoing Story
Is rescued by cute boy, demands boy be his body guard, slowly opens his heart, has it smashed to pieces when boyfriend is taken over by ancient dragon. Oh, and they search for a stone at one point.

Waco has been dating Tremere since the other was in high school. He detests his childish looks. He had been working, but was forced to take a year off due to poor mental health.
He always forgets to take his anxiety meds (often because of medicine-related anxiety. What if he takes too much?? What if they're the wrong meds?? What if the meds kill him???).
