Patient info:

The  patient speaks with a fake English accent and is thoroughly convinced  that she hails from England despite her real place of birth being Boise,  Idaho. She has never lived in England, and it is doubtful that she has  ever visited it.

The patient is generally  very docile. She will happily answer any questions presented to her by  an interviewer, given that they are in a casual setting where she feels  more conversational.

Patient displayed  significantly negative responses to testing, and it should be postponed  until her psychological state is further understood.

Addendum (10/25/2018):

Patient  is not to converse with any other people unless she is incapable of  seeing them. Ideal interactions include the use of a computer generated  voice in place of an actual person communicating with the patient.  Absolutely no one may be visually exposed to the patient.

Further testing is not recommended.
