another test subject scooped up and used during Urbanshade's development of amphibious soldiers. while the ultimate goal was to create soldiers who could breathe both air and water, Duncan was part of a batch also seeking to strengthen these soldiers by splicing additional animal DNA. It kind of worked, though had a much higher failure rate and produced less than desirable results, and unlike the standard amphibious soldiers Urbanshade was unable to get them looking human, so the idea was shelved for a later date.

Duncan himself is kept around as an MR-P, much like Sebastian (who he hates) (its mutual), as his amphibious nature makes him useful for external maintenance tasks. His incredible durability and strength also makes him rather useful in recontainment procedure. And turret calibration and target practice. Its fine hes bulletproof. Unlike Sebastian, he has no desire to escape nor return to fully human life and is disappointingly loyal to Urbanshade. His good behavior may one day let him rank up to high rank prisoner. Probably not. Painfully midwestern, a bit grumpy (and by a bit I mean bro has some serious anger issues to sort out), and his red flag is that he exclusively plays FPS games that have the color palette of a puddle of mud. And that he chucks controllers at the TV screen when he loses. He would be so, so funny to ragebait. Really likes venison and if he wasn't stuck as a fishsnake at the bottom of the ocean in a completely different universe and setting he'd be fighting Ferdinand for the title of Bass Pro Shop King.

During the events of Pressure he is stuck in the Blacksite, doing his best to clean up what he can and reestablish proper comms with the surface and is passive to the player as long as they don't annoy him too much. Has two pet deep sea bunnies. That is very vital and important trust me.
