Intel's not quite sure on why Vex is so interested in him, but he doesn't mind that - he is sorta his only friend after all! Doesn't really get that he's being messed with either, so he keeps his antivirus on high alert and chats with Vex "from a distance".
He's totally PISSED that he cannot make connection with Intel and infect him. But, oh well, maybe with time and careful mending with the code he will be able to breach that protection... Other than that he teases and messes with Intel, just for funsies.
