Their world/universe is very similar to ours. Well, as far as the general public is aware, it is basically the same, same political systems, world events/history, countries etc. Key words being “general public”. Within of their world there are magical “girls”.

(girls being in quotations cause it can be anyone who possess these abilities, but calling them “magical people” just sounds like i’m describing harry potter, and “superhero’s” is completely inaccurate, magical girl explains what the they are really like, despite not being limited to girls)

These “girls” are aware of a world/universe that runs parallel to theirs, well, not really parallel, more like an adjacent pocket dimension to their world? So inside of this adjacent dimension is the things which the magical girls have to fight. While the magical girls are inside of the adjacent dimension, time goes on in the real world.

If a magical girl dies inside of the adjacent dimension their body doesn’t return to the real world, but as previously mentioned, time goes on in the real world, so the magical girl just disappears.

She & Alex attended the same highschool, in the same year level; however they only met through being magical girls. They started dating at 16 (in year 10), which was the gossip of the year level when they got together.

She is Wasian (Chinese / Australian).

Her favourite colour is in fact yellow; however her magical girl colour (and therefore the colour she is mostly associated with) is purple.
