Quirk - Perfect Aim

Type: Transformation

Description: The "Perfect Aim" quirk is self-explainable, Nidai's accuracy to hit a target is extremely high. He can achieve complete accuracy on distant targets, with the activity in his brain center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved. They need only to aim for an instant before they can precisely hit a target with a projectile..

Advantages:

- Probability of accuracy is between 90-100%.

- Visual obstructions like smoke and vegetation do not hinder their ability to get an accurate bead on their target.

- They can can enhance the speed/strength of projectiles.

Disadvantages:

- Extreme migraines if they focus on aiming accurately for too long

- Limited range, but with Nidai's sheer practice in Kyudo, he is able to reach 60ft in his latter years of life.

-Muscle fatigue in arms depending on how long quirk was used or what objects were thrown, this occurs faster if Nidai doesn't wear the proper equipment.

- Focusing on a target leaves a blind spot open, it's a strain on them if they try to quickly change focus

- Eye strain, Nidai is actually far-sighted and requires glasses for reading.

Equipment:

1. Synthetic yumi [Japanese archer bow]- Nidai's primary weapon to utilize his perfect aim quirk. It is made from fiberglass, rather than the bamboo bows used in Kyudo club. It is stored in his Yumibukuro (black cover) which he carries on his back.

2. Yotsuya Arrows - These arrows were meant for long distance targets, they are also stored in his Yumibukuro. While mainly using Yotsuya arrows, Nidai also uses Makiwaraya arrows for close-range.

3. Yugake [Archer's Glove] - An elaborately made leather glove with a hardened thumb and wrist support. He also wears forearm protectors on both arms to prevent arm injury/strain.

History

Nidai was born in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan to Shouichi and Nadeshiko Senryo. Nidai was the second born after his twin brother, Ichijo Senryo. Shouichi and Nadeshiko were parents that highly enjoyed the usage of puns, to the extent of naming their kids after puns. [Ichi]jo = 1, while [Ni]dai = 2. Besides that, they were both quirkholders, however they both ran a dojo/shrine in Hakodate — having no particular aim to become a pro-hero during their lifetime. Nidai didn't grasp the concept of a twin until the age of 5, he merely thought his quirk was to make a double of himself — same with Ichijo. Their actual quirk didn't awaken until the age of 6/7 — the perfect aim quirk. Ichijo discovered his quirk while playing casual baseball with the neighborhood kids, he was the pitcher. He almost always struck the batter out during his position as pitcher. Thus, Ichijo started receiving special attention from his parents, causing Ichijo to have a superiority complex over Nidai. However, Nidai liked his brother and put him over himself, so he just went along with whatever made Ichijo happy. Nidai was always afraid to speak up for himself ever since, contributing to his lack of confidence as a teenager (Outside of Kyudo).

Nidai discovered his quirk when he received a dartboard from one of his uncles as a Christmas present, not too long after Ichijo became aware of his quirk. It was then, Nidai thought, "What if I finally have the same quirk as Ichijo?" and turns out he did. Nidai didn't think of trying it before because he was not interested in playing baseball. Although, it would have been pretty weird if Nidai didn't have the same quirk as Ichijo, as they were identical twins. He was never the smartest kid in the bunch, mostly passing subjects with average grades. Although his strong point was Literature, as he was very interested in folklore, initially starting from Japanese folklore. He preferred traditional Edo Japan over modernized Tokyo. However, he didn't want to limit himself to just Japanese mythos, so he expanded to reading Greek, Norse, and American folklore. His particular favorite folklore figure ended up being Robin Hood, followed by Artemis and Apollo. They all had one thing in common, which was being an adept archer, but Nidai particularly favored Robin Hood because he was a chivalrous thief helping people in need. Nidai's desire for becoming a pro-hero bloomed at this point.

Middle School

During Middle School, Nidai joined a local kyudo (Japanese martial art of archery) club at another local shrine in Hakodate (his parent's shrine didn't contain one). While Nidai is happy where he is right now, he does want to get better at archery/mastering his quirk. Nidai's kyudo teacher, Shinnosuke Watanabe, was, to Nidai's surprise, a former pro-hero. Nidai bonded well with Shinnosuke-sensei and he fueled Nidai's passion to wanting to become a pro-hero even more. Shinnosuke-sensei was very intrigued by Nidai's quirk, since he thought with such a useful quirk in Kyudo, he was still having trouble overcoming beginner's target panic and properly utilizing the equipment.

Near the end of Middle School, Ichijo gets caught up in a large incident involving influential man, Kenshin Yuumanouchi (belongs to Celebae) which causes him to be sent to juvenile prison reform school, Tenome High School. Nidai is taken aback with the news and genuinely feels no ill will towards his twin brother, he just feels empathy. It was at this time where Shouichi and Nadeshiko started preferring their son Nidai over Ichijo. Nidai didn't like this special attention, however.

High School

Through immense hard training, Nidai is granted acceptance to Shiketsu High School, which makes more for a reason why Ichijo's and Nidai's parents started preferring Nidai more now. Nidai only applied to go to Shiketsu because of their emphasis on afterschool clubs, and he definitely wanted to join the Kyudo club. During his first year, he just merely observed as a member as to what was going on in the Kyudo club, Nidai didn't want to overstep any boundaries that the upperclassmen held — especially since most of them were students that didn't belong in the heroics course. He also kept quiet about his quirk/being from the heroics class during his first year because he wanted the upperclassmen to not think he was cheating. Nidai wanted to show off the sheer effort he worked off since his training with Shinnosuke-senpai and didn't want his teachings to go in vain.

In current times, in his second year, Nidai is one of the top archers in the Kyudo club. Most people wanted him to become president during that year but Nidai felt that wasn't fair to the third years, so he rejected the offer. Instead, he volunteers to become a representative for the school's sports festival during his second year. It was then he meets his senpai, Banri Kamei, a third year student from the Tennis Club.
