An unscrupulous merchant of grey morality that runs a little shop in an interdimensional pocket in space. Legend has it, that on a full moon, those who subconsciously seek his services will witness it turn maddeningly red, and a path to his shop will be seen before them. Xueyue sells anything your heart desires, in exchange of something of equivalent value to the customer - tangible or intangible.
As a Qilong, Xueyue is about as far as it gets from their naturally protective nature, though his innate fascination with humans is the same, he believes. He may not particularly care to "protect" the human species, but he does enjoy toying with them, and watching them struggle with their futile problems. His little "shop" is but just an extension of his "fun meddling", that to him, is an addictive hobby he can't bring himself to quit.
Despite his somewhat twisted nature, Xueyue is of a gentle and calm disposition, speaking in soft and considerate words, though the meaning hidden behind them is often unsettling.
His name translates to "blood moon", though very few are privy to that knowledge, often referring to him as just "That Mysterious Shopkeeper" in passing, with humans often thinking his existence was maybe a mere dream, or a chance encounter with a spirit. Perhaps his name itself stemmed from folklore passed down from generation to generation, dimension to dimension.
He keeps everything that's been traded to him safely in his shop, and is an avid collector of human emotions, memories and memorabilia. He may occasionally trade some of them in exchange for something he deems more exciting, based on the customer's request (for example, an emotion for another emotion, perhaps).
Enjoys learning about human cultures and habits - his latest obsession is "memes". Humans sure have a lot of these???

A gluttonous little Qilong that he met one day, and offered him food in exchange for his help around the shop and with jobs. He enjoys making the boy eat all sorts of strange cuisine from different dimensions.
