PERSONALITY
Laid back and easy-going, Kou doesn’t look like what most would see as a villain, at least at first sight. Clever, sly and even a bit too arrogant, he won’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to get what he wants, even if it means manipulating or even killing for it. Despite what he might appear to be, he can be surprisingly reliable for the right amount of money. Having to leave his body alone because of his quirk, he tends to be paranoid and have many trust issues, which means he will rarely be honest and open when it comes to important matters.
Likes: Fast food, the few hours of sleep he can get, pissing off people, cats, dark humor.
Dislikes: the twitches he gets from overusing his quirk, getting all mushy and emotional, people drawing on his face when he’s out of his body.
Hobbies: ‘walking’ around in his ghost form, messing with people when he possesses someone, occasional videogames.
QUIRK- GHOST
With this quirk, Kou can make his conscience leave his body, and move freely out of it, almost as if he was a ghost. He’s very faintly visible and can phase through anything, but being immaterial, he can’t touch or take stuff. As great as this can be, while in this state his body is pretty much in a coma, and he needs to remember to go back to it to eat and take care of it.
The most important part of this quirk is, if he focuses and phases through someone, he can enter their body and possess them. This, however, takes a toll on his psyche and leaves him exhausted if it goes on for too long, and the effect is stronger the more he uses it, especially on different people in a short time. If he takes over someone for too long, their memories and other bits of themselves start to influence him, to the point where it could permanently alter him if it goes on for too long. Other side effects are memory issues, tics and on more severe cases fever and shivers.
The victims of his quirk can remember confused bits of what happened while they were under its effect, and while still under the effect of the possession, they can fight against him for the control over their body. The more they fight and rebel, the more mentally tired Kou gets, until he has to get out of their body to rest. Physical pain is also a very effective way to get him out of someone.
While possessing someone, he can use their quirk, however, how much and for how long depends on the quirk itself. It will also exhaust him faster than normal possession, so using quirks is always a last resort.
