👩‍💻Kinsley🔍 (📜)

Kinsley is a very determined person. She's not afraid to break the law to find the truth of something, and she's very good at avoiding being caught by the police. Her main goal, to find the truth about Jeff and help the world, means a lot to her. From being raised without parents her whole life she has trouble connecting with people.  She doesn't know how to form bonds or make friends very well. Not many people like talking to her, because she comes off as cold. Because she's grown up during the ice age and had to deal with the constant fear of hypothermia, she's a very good survivor. She knows how to start fires, knows what would be the best place to hide during a blizzard, and other helpful tactics to keep herself alive. She's not very strong but is athletic and can run a considerable distance and speed. Her favorite thing to do for fun is play video games. She's not very good at competitive ones, but she likes casual games like life simulators and platformers. While most of her country is built around with the vaporwave aesthetic, Kinsley finds it particularly comforting, more than others. She loves the neon lights and bright colors. It makes her nostalgic for a normal world that she's never experienced before, a world where temperatures are not always freezing and summer exists.

Kinsley's parents died shortly after her birth from hypothermia and she was sent to a foster home for most of her childhood. The foster home had barely enough money to heat the building enough for the kids to live there, and it was still very cold. On a hill overlooking the foster home was Jeff's mansion. The kids in the foster home would talk about how Jeff was the one making them all so cold, and that he lives in luxury while everyone else suffers. Kinsley listened to these rumors and remembered them for a long time. When she was old enough to leave the home and get her own house, she got a small apartment room, where she could still see the mansion in the distance. She thought about those rumors she heard when she was younger, and at that time made it her goal to figure out everything about Jeff, and why the population of her city had to live the way it did. 

Her job around the city is to clear snow from the street to make room for people, but she has a side job. She considers herself a rogue detective, not afraid to break in, steal, and hack to find information. She wants to find the truth no matter what, and hopefully figure out a way to make life easier for those in her country. She has recently learned of an unusual owl named Xavier, who she's discovered may have information on Jeff, information that could be crucial to her goal. She is now tracking him down to question him.
