Name: Static (also goes by Tuli, which means the same thing in Swahili)

Gender: Male

Age: 1-2 years

Species: African King Cheetah (mutated)

Eyes: Purple irises on black sclera 

Coat: Yellow with black spots (will change upon redesign)

Mane/tail: Blue with a lighter blue on underside of tail

Personality: Mischievous, carefree, flirtatious, quirky, goofy, a bit cocky.

Info: Can create and control/channel electricity thanks to illegal experimentation after being captured as a cub in the wilds of Africa. One day his power surged and caused a black out in the section he was being held in. Taking the opportunity, he managed to slip out of the lab, even managing to free another one of the facility's experiments, another mutated, two-headed cheetah and escaping with them. They ultimately decide to stick together, even after finding a safe haven to live in, forming an odd Coalition of sorts.

Static enjoys lightly shocking others, among other pranks. If he becomes wet, he is essentially rendered helpless and weak, and can end up shocking himself if not careful in that state.
