Ulinmi is one of many "relocated" spirits that haunt the town of Audra Ailith. Unlike the human trapped spirits that make up the majority of "relocated", Ulinmi is not of human origin. Rather she is a spirit created from strong emotion and energy radiating from the living. Likely created sometime during the Victorian or Edwardian era, given her permanent attire and candle, to watch over children at night.

She roams hallways in the dead of night, creaking floorboards as she moves from room to room to watch over sleeping children. Sometimes she can be seen outside on porches waiting, or moving through the woods at night with her candle. During such times it is sometimes reported a child has snuck out of the house or is well past curfue.
