Celestina was born a princess, but didn't often feel a deep connection to her royal obligations, instead preferring to enjoy self fulfilling activities outside of the palace walls. She's one of the main lieutenants of the royal guard but often forgets to attend ceremonial events. She was described as an energetic troublemaker in her childhood, a polar opposite to her brother Churchill, who clung to her like a magnet in those days. She is often confused as the next heir to the throne due to her knack for leadership and kindness.
