Design Terms of Use
Some basic rules for my designs
Price characters reasonably when you sell them. A character that was originally sold for $5 and then has a few small minimalistic drawings on paper is not worth $150+
Do not include unusable artwork in the resale value of your character. Unusable artwork is artwork that new owners would not be allowed to or able to use due to its extremely personal meaning to the previous owner (such as vent art, meet the artist, etc.) Ship art CAN be included in resale value because new owners may wish to continue shipping the two characters.
If a character is gifted to you, you may not sell them unless you commission/create artwork. You may only resell them for the value of the artwork created/obtained AFTER the character was gifted to you. (Example: character has 4 pieces of artwork when you get it and you create 2, you may only sell the character for the value of the 2 to reimburse the time/money spent on the artwork.)
and for the love of god, please stop naming my past fursonas that you buy "Nicholas" "Nick" or any other variant. The character's name was not just a name, it was literally the name I had. They were me. It really bugs me when I ask people not to name my past sonas nicholas/nick/etc. and they do it anyways.
The terms below apply to all designs, regardless of when they were created and how or when you received them.
If you draw any of my designs in bestiality, feral porn, incest, pedo, underage nsfw, etc. I reserve the right to take the design back without refunding you. This includes sexualized babyfur/loli/etc. and genitals drawn on feral animals, characters related by blood (fiction or not) shipped together, and minors drawn in nsfw contexts.
I will only be taking back the design (and/or any artwork) that existed BEFORE I traded/sold them. If they did not have any artwork before I sold/traded them, I will only be taking back the design.
Selling, trading, gifting or any other form of transfer of these characters to people you are AWARE OF
drawing the above mentioned will result in a block and bar you from obtaining designs directly from me in the future.
Non-sexual age regression, non-sexual feral artwork without genitals, anthro nsfw artwork, non-sexual babyfur, gore artwork, etc. are all allowed and do not break the terms above.

Selling a character for more than it is worth warrants a block and bars you from purchasing adopts/characters directly from me in the future.
A character worth $10 cannot be sold for $20. A character worth $20 but sold for $10 is still worth $20.

DO NOT DELETE THEM IF THEY ARE SOLD TO SOMEONE WITHOUT A TOYHOUSE.
