A demon who's stuck in the mortal realm for work.

Personality

It isn't uncommon for Prim to put on a fake smile and hide his real emotions. He dislikes letting others know whenever something is bothering him, so Prim tries to make everyone think that he's doing great all the time. He enjoys impressing others and being the center of attention, even if forcing this behavior is exhausting.

When in with a small group of friends, Prim becomes more mellow and less needy for attention. It's fairly common for him to cuddle up next to them while he lets out just sooome of his frustrations through venting.

Backstory

As soon as he could, Prim left home to travel the universe. He was tired of being trapped in one place and was ready to live exactly how he wanted. No matter how much his family tried to stop him, Prim felt like they were holding him back.

In order to travel everywhere he dreamed, Prim signed up for a 'rental' service. The premise of this service was simple, demons agreed to a contract where people could then summon a demon for a job. In the moment, it seemed like an easy way to travel and make money at the same time! Quickly though, the odd jobs became risky. Although Prim never cared or questioned whether or not what he was doing was legal, it felt like this choice might have been a mistake. Over time, Prim began to regret leaving home so abruptly. He felt like his family might have tried to help him, but at this point he couldn't go back home. Why would they accept him if he already turned his back on them once?

During one of his various jobs, the demon needed to travel to the mortal world. There he met Basil, an art student who was enrolled in a figure drawing class Prim was modelling for. Something about the other felt oddly... alluring, and it drew Prim to try and converse with him once class was over. Their interaction was short and mostly one-sided, but it still left an impression on Prim. Walking home, it became apparent that he and Basil lived in the same apartment building. He approached the other once more in an attempt to see if the other wanted to go out for drinks. To Prim's surprise, his offer was accepted. Soon afterward, the two started to see each other on a more regular basis.

Currently their relationship is open due to Basil's wishes. Prim wishes they were more serious, though. He hopes that over time, Basil will see things the same way.
