A Magikarp that has risen to somewhat famous "idol" status in her area thanks to her job at a theater. She always greets the people who watch her happily, treating them like she would friends. Somewhat forgetful, but she's really been trying to work on it in recent years.
Personality:
Marli is very much a happy go lucky type of person. She's optimistic about a lot of things and it's hard to keep her sad for long. She's the kind of person that always tries to be polite and friendly to everyone she meets because she doesn't really see a reason to be mean to them. It's better to be friends than enemies after all. She likes to think of herself as a tough person mentally and physically, but really she's a pretty huge weakling. She hardly has any physical strength and cries over cartoons and games, getting very attached to them. Despite this there isn't really much that can embarrass her at all, she's very open about anything and everything. She's matured a bit over the years, still being very silly and hyper active but also knowing when to buckle down and focus on the important things more often.

Additional Info:
* Hardly ever gets sick, but when she does its a full blown sickness that leaves her sick in bed for days.
* Does a variety of things to help her remember things, including tying string to her fingers and having a variety of calenders and post-it notes.
* Always has a dark blue string tied around her left pinkie finger, she does this so that it reminds her of her boyfriend when she needs a boost in happiness.
* Regards her father's friend Cielo like a second father pretty much and calls him Uncle Victini, a habit that carried off from when she was little.
* Introduces her boyfriend Aloiki as her boyfriend and best friend.
* Is a lot like her mom in regards to how she is easily accepting of things and a very snuggly person.
