Claim any character I have listed without proper proof of me trading them away to begin with. There are some characters I will die on that hill for simply because I know for a fact I either owned them first or designed them myself. I understand there will be cases where people will steal a design and sell it, so if that is the case, PLEASE don't hesitate to approach me! However, this only goes for exact copies of designs, not designs that are similar enough.

You may, however;

Reference or copy separate traits/color palettes from any of my characters' designs!

Trace my art so long as it is for personal use and never uploaded! I truly don't mind tracing as a practice tool, just please do not post it anywhere. And do be aware that even I have my own weaknesses when it comes to art.

Reference from my art for poses, facial expressions, and general anatomy! Do keep in mind that referencing from other artists for anatomy will still leave you with plenty of flaws, if you're cool with that, then go ahead lol

Draw fan art of any one of my characters! Really, I would love to see any of them getting drawn by anyone! \;w;/

Things to keep in mind!

I use my watermark for all art of my characters, made by me or not. Credits to the original artist(if known) will always be available in the appropriate fields. If you own a character that is featured in one of these pieces and you don't want the watermark there for any reason, please contact me so we can come to some sort of agreement! I promise I won't be mad about this sort of thing!

Offers may be made on any of my characters that do not have the [Main] or [FOREVER HOMED] tags, but please just don’t be surprised or upset if I decline! 

I like 18+ art, I enjoy having 18+ art being drawn of most of my age-appropriate characters and I enjoy drawing 18+ art. However, I do my best to lock that art behind auth only folders and perms. Anything posted from me specifically outside of TH will be under a different username on a site that I will not be giving out freely.

If you have an issue with how I use certain LGBTQ+ labels
Just block me or ignore me. I do not want to get into a fucking debate on how/why I use labels the way I do. It's unlikely you'll get to be the one to change my mind, and I doubt I'll change yours either. Labels are not the end all for the human experience. We are much more complicated than words can truly allow for us to express fully. So for some people, using "incompatible" labels may just be a way someone tries to communicate their own experiences in a more short-hand way. Labels only work so far until they don't.
