Personality: Emotionless, mute by choice. Hates socializing and dislikes people in general. Loves rats and violence. Uses his environment to his advantage in a fight, will use objects in his surroundings as weapons of his current weapon is too damaged. Likes to mess with people, takes no thought in how his actions effect others and simply does not care. Strongly does not like manipulative, abusive, and controlling parents and will take action in his own ways to set people straight. Will do his own thing and respects strength over those who demands authority. Doesn't like a majority of people, finds Momus particularly annoying. Can count the number of friends he has on 2 fingers. Just a nasty nasty cannibal rat man.
Story: Kaeso grew up in a tribe in southern Quebec. The tribe moved around often because of their spiritual leader, and because of that, they were constantly on the move. In 2250, Kaeso was exiled from his tribe as punishment for maiming some boys his age and he shortly joined up another raiding group that, unknowing to the tribe and to Kaeso, was following them and planning to attack. Thanks to Kaeso, The raiders caused an avalanche to fall on the tribes current encampment and killed everyone. Kaeso ended up murdering the raiders later on and finally set out on his own to wander, traveling all the way to Arizona by 2267. His first interaction with the Legion was in 2268 when Legion scouts found the cave he was living in. He killed them and continue killing Legionaries that found his home until he met Caesar who, impressed with Kaeso, invited him to become a Legionary. By 2281, Kaeso had risen up the ranks as a Vexillarius. When he gotten word of Caesars death at the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam, Kaeso abandoned the war and the Legion. He wandered the Mojave until he met the Boomers, after having to get through their bomb field. He lives in a hut on the edge of their base
