Muscaria

[Story]

Once a blue being interrupted a ritual, and Muscaria was born.

This ritual was about the taming of an interdimensional gemstone. Those rare gems can be used as a gateway from a dimension to another, and can even be used to create completely new dimensions.

Those gems are not only hard to find, but completely unstable. During the ritual, any wrong breath could make them teleport to another dimension and ruin the taming process - process that is made so those in the ritual can obtain the gem powers.

The ritual was ruined once a certain blue being collided itself against the gem, instantly tearing it in two. One of the sides instantly shredded into millions of tiny fragments, each being teleported to a random dimension. The other created a dimension of its own, going inside there - but the impact was so agressive that it could not leave unscarred, and the scar left on it was a trail of life, shape, and memory, remains from the blue being who threw itself against it. With that, Muscaria was born, inside his own dimension.... and a certain being got all those interdimensional powers, becoming a slider itself.

Soon enough, people got the fragments of the gem that once muscaria was. The belief that those could turn a wish true if you were to whisper something on it before breaking spreaded, and those became valuable.

What happens is that the gem can not die, as it was not alive to begin with. Destroying its physical body will simple make it teleport to its home dimension, so killing muscaria simple makes him unstable until it gets back home. The fragments, however, never got to know where their other half settled their dimension, but they do know they need to return to Muscaria in order to become one again so they simple teleport randomly in hopes to find their original body - and whenever one fragment is broken, Muscaria can feel it. He feels a small itch on his ears, and gets to know what was whispered to his fragments in a subconscious level. So if once they find the person who wished while carrying what they wanted, they will know it was meant to be.

However it is not so perfect. Muscaria does not know where those come from exactly. He simple feels random needs to go to places and get things - with luck he will find the perfect match.

He gotta be cautelous, though. Breaking his body will make he drop everything he was carrying in his pocket dimension as the pocket dimension will be unstable, and interdimensional loot is pretty valuable...

[Personality]
Muscaria is pretty neutral. He is curious and cheerful in a certain level, but lacks empathy and other humanlike traits that makes certain creatures deem him as "creepy".  He feels no loneliness, but he feels love.

"Loneliness is the trait of a social creature, and I am not even alive to begin with. I simple am conscious."

Muscaria defines his journey to find his fragments a journey to death. He warns that is not something to worry, because not only he will live more than any planet but also he can never die, just sleep, as his consciousness was created artificially and can never be erased.

One thing to note is that Muscaria is not really gendered. He got female genitals, a male pronoun preference and androgynous looks. He is a conscious gemstone.

[Appearence]

Muscaria keeps the appearence of a blue sphinx. His appearence and homeworld are all mashups of the being that caused his life + The people in the ritual's room's memories and appearences, but mostly from that blue being - he kept female genitals and blueness from it, even. His personality and preferences are results from the social interactions he has.

He is able to change his appearence as much as he wishes to, however he prefers his "first thought appearence" over other things. It is good to be stable.

[Relationships]

Muscaria keeps multiple romantic, non romantic, sexual and asexual relationships with multiple beings in multiple dimensons. It is hard to keep track of them.

"I worry not about their death. It is something beautiful. Their life is temporary, and I am happy I could make them happy while they existed. Once they are gone, they are gone, but our time together will be forever. I will carry them with me. I will seek for ways to make others as happy as I made them. They will be my wish."
