Spunky and rebellious, Nephrite doesn't entirely care for her job as much as the perks that come with it. She's constantly getting in trouble and of the "3 strikes" system she's been on her third warning for about 69 strikes now. They want to fire her but she's such a skilled stunt pilot they can't afford to lose her, so she's been poofed and put in time out a few times instead. Her other co pilots are used to her reforming and popping up mid conversation now. She's most notorious for taking shuttles and jets out for joyrides without authorization. They've installed new security measures in the ships specifically for her, but she somehow always has inside intel or is just very good at hacking.
