History

Nerissa is one of two twin eladrins born in the feywild. Their parents, who wished to own the world's greatest feywild restaurant, made an exchange with a sea hag for their firstborn to realize their dream. Seeing as Nerissa was born two minutes earlier, that did make her the eldest child. As a result, she has barnacles growing off her skin, seaweed in her hair and appears to be aging much faster than most Eladrin. Nerissa is blissfully unaware of this, and believes herself to be blessed by Umberlee, which her parents have reinforced is the case.

She and her sister worked at her parent's restaurant until they decided to see new worlds and make their own creation. They are both very skilled restauranteurs and thought success would come easily to them.

Though they are both very wealthy in the feywild, they were displeased to find that Waterdeep did not accept "favors" nor "golden leaves" as a form of currency as they did in the feywild. While displeased, both girls intend to work hard to make their dream of owning a popular restaurant come true. The hags intend to reap their reward someday as well...
