Fawkes is wildly brilliant, though that's a trait that is often overlooked for his rather unstable exterior. Not that many actually care to interact with the scavenger that lives out at the very edge of the city. Fawkes is quite bitter towards the city as a whole: he used to live among its grandest citizens, keeping the city safe, until one day, he couldn't. Now, he spends his days planning the demise of the place he once swore to protect.
