Description (Toon)

Myomyo is a Toon who believes in spirits, and always wears their uniform as a sign of their loyalty to their beliefs. Even though they might look cool and unexpressive on the outside, they truly do mean well for everyone and makes sure their friends always get along with each other.

Description (Twisted)

One of the Main Characters of Dandy's World. A formidable Twisted whose main strategy lies in channeling their spiritual powers; whenever they spot a Toon, they alert the other Twisteds of their presence with the rod they wield at all times. However, they simply believe that they are ridding their surroundings of evil with their powers.

Lore

Myomyo is a Main Character Toon who was created for a special episode in the Dandy's World show; they starred in a single episode, Spirits and Shrines, where they were the main focus. In the episode, they introduced the main characters to the Shinto religion in their shrine, and after being brought to life in Gardenview, Myomyo began to appear in public events and interacted with the toons and humans around them. Compared to other main characters, however, Myomyo was treated similarly to the Holiday Toons in that they were locked away from the public during a certain period of time. And Myomyo was forced in and out of isolation during varying periods of time, leaving them isolated for most of their existence.

Once Gardenview Center had shut down, Myomyo (somehow) managed to escape and began to live alongside the other Toons, continuing to partake in Shinto practices despite the limited resources. They also started to invite other Toons to purification rituals, and while most of them attended the rituals out of respect or curiosity, the only Toon who never came to these events was Connie, who was suspicious of Myomyo given the fact that Shintoism focused on purifications and warding off evil.

Personality & Traits

Myomyo is unusual in terms of personality; outside of following Shinto practices, Myomyo is not emotive and rarely expresses their emotions on the surface. Even when confronted with aggressive behavior or distressing moments, they do not break down and instead tries to diffuse the situation in their own way. Despite their percieved stoicism, Myomyo is still well-meaning and their actions are driven from their desire to help others. This is why they also continue to follow Shintoism; even though they were created to follow it, the religion's beliefs in purity was what led to Myomyo maintaining their faith so that they could help others while they were outside. They also established their purification rituals and act as a distractor for the sake of the Toons, wanting to help them before they continue their runs and helping them avoid Twisteds (who they see as being impure and cursed).

They are friends with Razzle and Dazzle, Toodles, Astro and Brightney; however, Connie has a one-sided rivalry between them for reasons mentioned above.

Stats and Abilities

Toon:
Skill Check: ☆

Movement Speed: ☆☆

Stamina:

Stealth: ☆☆

Extraction speed: ☆☆

Myomyo's active ability is Spiriting Away, where they wave their gohei to draw the attention of other Twisteds to themselves while boosting the stealth of a random Toon for 10 seconds (they do not need to be in Myomyo's line of sight). This ability has a cooldown of 40, and makes them an effective distractor and a budget version of Pebble.

Myomyo's passive ability is Purification, and they get a random stat boost for 25 seconds each time a machine is completed.

Twisted:

Movement Speed: Low (walking) Above average (chasing)

Attention span: High

Detection range: Very low

Twisted Myomyo has a very low detection range and they are fine as long as they are avoided; if they spot a Toon, however, they will immediately wave their gohei to alert other Twisteds of their presence. On top of this, they are persistent and difficult to get rid of due to their speed and incredibly high attention span (4 seconds).
