Keiko Ushimura

Keiko Ushimura is a 16 year old passive-aggressive romantic. She’d probably be considered a sub-villain from part 4 or 8 or whatever part.  She is extremely childish, manipulative, and conniving. She’s apart of a stand-user gang that use their abilities to fuck with people for fun.

She sees everything she can do as entertainment. Her stand MCR, is a combat stand that has the ability to alter the levels of dopamine in the brain. It can cause an extreme increase or decrease of it. She uses it to manipulate others into doing her bidding as a reward or punishment. She can alter also several other brain chemicals in one's head, but it's very weak and uncontrollable unlike her manipulation of dopamine.
