Female Gnoll Ranger/Freebooter

She was born into a somewhat small pack of Gnoll, who were driven out of their fertile homelands by civilisation, and into a dry wasteland. They quickly had to adjust now that their resources for food and slaves were scarce and so some few members of the tribe dared reach out to the other races.

Morgawr was one of those, and she ended up in a small coastal city home to mostly pirates, smugglers and other scoundrels. It took quite some effort for her to adapt to their ways, and for them to understand Morgawr, but eventually she joined a crew of pirates and began sailing the seas and bringing her share of the spoils home so that her pack could live.

Eventually she made it all the way to the position of quartermaster, both feared and cheered on, very much depending on what end of the cat o' nine you ended up on. Years later her ship was sunk, and she was - to her knowledge - the only survivor, next to the ship's cat Jack. The explosion on board had cost her a leg and an arm, and any sense of pride she ever had. She had cruddy replacements crafted from what little plunder she could find on her at the time, and thus set out to find a new home and purpose, because a maimed Gnoll is a dead Gnoll in her culture.

Not too soon after setting out, she learned of a city in which the ways of her kind supposedly were accepted, in some way. She set out with a new goal in mind, and hired a dwarf by the name of Johnny to help her out with the things she couldn't do - mainly reloading her crossbows in case she needs to rapidly shoot many people.

And so she arrived in the Legendary City of Wheel, in which nothing really makes any sense to her anymore. Especially the fact that destiny is a real thing and that she supposedly plays a big role in something. Also her new friends are really weird and she didn't get along very well with some of them at first. Seems like they're getting used to each other now though, or at least they're listening to her strategic advice...
